We sell very large amounts of petrol and diesel to fuel retailers (oil companies, supermarkets and resellers) and fleet users (leading bus companies, distribution companies and corporate users).

Our UK market share has grown rapidly. Currently we sell about 90 million litres of fuel every week, enough to fill 2,500 road tankers weekly. This gives us approximately 10% of the UK road fuels market - more than some of the major oil companies.

We manufacture all of the petrol we supply, buying petrol components from a variety of oil companies for blending in our tanks at the Vopak terminal on the Thames estuary. Bioethanol is used as a blend component in all the petrol we supply, up to the 5% limit permitted by national and European fuel standards.

As well as standard grade (95 octane) petrol, we also produce the Tesco 99 Octane petrol that sells at Tesco stores and manufacture our own range of speciality motorsport fuels.

All our main grade diesel is blended with biodiesel in blends of up to 5%, in line with national and European fuel standards. We also produce higher percentage biodiesel blends for fleet use.

All of our fuels are tested to the highest standards by independent inspectors before release to ensure they conform to our sales specification. We are the only UK fuel supplier to publish these quality certificates on the web. Visit our latest test results page to view these certificates.
