Report for April 2013
This month 99.16% of our deliveries were made on time. The delayed deliveries this month were due to: vehicles being off road or delayed back from service (16); traffic, terminal or site delays (6); driver sickness (5); delivery moved to cover an urgent delivery (3); driver needing to leave work as an emergency (4); other (1).
One site stocked out of fuel this month due to a process error resulting from the transfer of operations from our Manchester office to our new central control centre in Tamworth. We have provided additional training to prevent a recurrence.
