To assess our efficiency and the quality of service we provide customers, we measure our performance in key operational areas.
We recognize that time is money, so we seek to minimize delays for customers collecting fuel from our terminals. We monitor loading times at all our principal supply locations, including Vopak’s Hamilton terminal in Ontario.
At this terminal, where the typical truck size is 50,000 litres, we have a target loading time of 21 minutes.
Our invoice KPI is a measure of the accuracy and efficiency of our back-office systems, as well as the skills and understanding of our team. We continue to work with our customers to ensure we have the information to allow us to invoice correctly first time.
