Report a Concern
Greenergy is committed to fostering a culture of open and honest communication, where our people are encouraged and empowered to speak up without fear of retribution or retaliation.

We expect anyone to report any issues or concerns that are in violation of our Code of Business Conduct or any Greenergy policy, or that could negatively impact our operations, our people, the environment, or the communities in which we operate.

We also encourage external parties to report any concerns or potential misconduct through our established channels, as part of our commitment to transparency, accountability and good governance.

When a concern is raised, we can act and prevent it from escalating further. Reporting from staff, the people we work with, and stakeholders in the wider communities we operate in are crucial to our success and honest reporting is both expected and valued, and any concern reported will be taken seriously.

What is a ‘concern’?
A concern is any feedback, complaint or observation of behaviours or incidents that you believe violate Greenergy policies.

All reports made in good faith will be handled promptly, confidentially, and without risk of retaliation.
