Gate to gate times
We recognise that time is money, so we seek to minimise delays for customers collecting fuel from our terminals. We monitor loading times at all of our marketing terminals
At these terminals, where the typical truck size is 50,000 litres, we have a target gate to gate time of 26 minutes.
Invoice accuracy
Our invoice KPI is a measure of the accuracy and efficiency of our back-office systems, as well as the skills and understanding of our team. We continue to work with our customers to ensure we have the information to allow us to invoice correctly the first time.
Product availability
Our product availability KPI includes both planned and unplanned outages. Customers receive communication and transparency at every stage of the process.
