Greenergy announces it has agreed terms for the sale of its Canadian retail business to Global Fuels. The retail business includes 241 retail gas and convenience locations across Canada, and the sites are predominantly Mobil-branded and located adjacent to Loblaw grocery stores.

Christian Flach, Greenergy CEO explained,

“Following three years of significant growth and development, Greenergy is divesting its Canadian retail business to focus development on its renewable project pipeline.
