Entry into the French market
Greenergy established a presence in France through its acquisition of the Armorine Group (‘Armorine’) in October 2025, adding a network of strategically located offices, depots and logistics infrastructure serving customers across the country.
The acquisition of Armorine by Greenergy marks an important milestone in our development. It strengthens Greenergy’s long-term presence in France and gives Armorine the means to accelerate, together, the growth of all our business activities in the French market.

Headquartered in Caudan, Brittany, Armorine operates commercial locations supported by access to an extensive network of fuel terminals across France. This broad operational footprint, combined with in-house logistics capabilities and a dedicated transport fleet, enables reliable fuel distribution and responsive service across a wide geographic area.
With more than 90 years of local heritage, Armorine combines regional expertise with a well-established physical network, providing the infrastructure and operational capability to support customers across France.
