Risk management
Protecting people and the environment
Environmental risk management is integrated into every stage of our operations. We identify significant impacts, set location-appropriate objectives and controls, and use monitoring, inspections and audits to check performance and identify improvements. We continually assess potential risks across our sites, transport activities and supply chain, implementing controls, process safety and major incident prevention, that helps prevent environmental harm and supports compliance with applicable regulations.

Spill prevention and emergency response
Preventing fuel spills is a priority throughout our business. We maintain procedures, equipment and operational controls designed to minimise the risk of incidents during fuel storage, handling and transportation.
If an incident does occur, trained personnel respond quickly to contain and recover spills, reducing potential impacts on people, property and the environment.
Process safety and accident prevention

Resource management
We seek practical ways to use energy, water and materials efficiently, prioritising waste reduction, reuse and recycling. Unavoidable waste is managed through appropriately authorised facilities.
We manage emissions through energy efficiency, vapour control, equipment performance and efficient transport.
Customer site safety
Before delivering fuel, we assess customer sites to help ensure they meet appropriate safety standards for delivery operations. Our drivers are trained to identify potential hazards and respond appropriately should an incident occur during delivery.
