Adam Traeger
Chief Executive Officer

Adam was appointed CEO of Greenergy in 2024. Having joined Greenergy in 2008, he has held several leadership positions across the Group, including Head of Strategy and M&A, Director of Investments, and Group CFO. Adam has served as a board member since 2018.

Dirk Vanderbroeck
Chief Financial Officer

Dirk joined Greenergy as CFO in 2024. He began his career as an investment banker, spending over a decade at Goldman Sachs, where he held the position of Managing Director. He has since held several international finance leadership roles in the energy sector, including at Puma Energy as Group Treasurer.

Matthew Scothorn
Chief Commercial Officer

Matthew joined Greenergy in August 2025 as CCO. He joined from Petroineos with extensive experience in the downstream oil sector and has held senior roles at BP, Hartree and Trafigura.

Mark Whittle
Global Head of Assets

Mark joined Greenergy in 2021 as Head of NextGen and has since transitioned to oversee the Group’s assets, engineering and SHEQ. He has over 30 years of experience in the downstream oil and renewables sectors, working across commercial and technical positions.

Caroline Lumbard
Managing Director, UK

Caroline has over 20 years of experience in the oil industry. She joined Greenergy in 1998 and has held several senior positions across the Group. Caroline is also a board member of subsidiary companies Greenergy Flexigrid and Greenergy Ireland.

John O'Leary
Managing Director, Ireland

John was appointed Managing Director of Greenergy’s operations in Ireland in 2023, where it markets under the Inver Energy and Amber brands. He was previously European Head of Finance at Greenergy and served as Inver Energy’s CFO for five years.

Mike Healy
Managing Director, North America

Mike joined Greenergy in 2012 when the company’s Canadian supply business was established and now serves as Managing Director of Greenergy’s operations in Canada. Prior to joining Greenergy, Mike spent 11 years with Irving Oil.

Éric Brisard
Managing Director, France

Éric joined Greenergy in early 2026, bringing extensive industry experience from senior roles at Bridgestone, EG Group and BP. Prior to joining Greenergy, he was Managing Director at Bridgestone, leading the First Stop and Côté Route networks across France and the Benelux region.

Anna Browning
HR Director

Anna joined Greenergy in 2021 as HR Director. She has held senior HR positions across a range of sectors prior to joining Greenergy and brings extensive experience to oversee the Group’s wider HR strategy.

Matthew Gould
Global Head of Risk and Compliance

Matthew joined Greenergy in 2006 and has held several senior positions across the Group’s finance and risk functions. He has overseen risk and compliance for the Group’s global operations since 2008.

Jennifer Organ
Legal Counsel

Jennifer joined Greenergy’s legal team in 2020. Prior to joining Greenergy, she worked for law firms Macfarlanes and McCarthy Tétrault and has served as General Counsel for Greenergy since 2023.

James Herbert
Head of IT and Security

James joined Greenergy in 2014 and oversees the Group’s IT and Cyber Security, including the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and maintenance of a broad range of technologies. Prior to joining Greenergy, he worked in IT roles across the media, publishing, and service delivery sectors.

Stephanie Packer
Head of Corporate Affairs

Stephanie joined Greenergy in 2018. Having started her career in the financial sector in the UK and Australia, she now oversees internal and external communications, media relations, public affairs, sustainability, and brand management for the Group.
